💬 The world of UGLYTHEATER is an abstract take on the experiences of creators and their creations.  In this world, things such as the imagination and strength of will are coveted by unseen, ancient entities known as Fate Makers who choose humans to become their 'authors' purely for their entertainment.  Humans who accept these offers are bestowed powerful artifacts known as crowns which grant them control over time and space itself.  They are not limitless powers, though, as these crows burn through and distort both mind and soul.  Authors who fail to use their powers wisely are doomed to become vicious beasts known as Griefs, hollow and destructive entities plagued by their failures who seek to drag others to their level.
Where we are now...

The story of UGLYTHEATER is centered around the life of the second author chosen by the Fate Maker duo known as Sol and End.  Inheriting the ruined world of the first author (known as the Nth Dimension), the second author was afforded little room for error.  As a result of such intense stress, the original human fragmented into several living parts.  The main fragment, the entity known as Caido continues the duties of the original author, accompanied by two other fragments of this segmented human -- the Others known as 85 and 64.  Together, they manage the powers of the original crown bestowed upon the now segmented human, urged onward by nothing more but the human need to survive.

After a period of inactivity, the sleeping universe was awakened once again by End's hand, beginning the cycle of creation and destruction once more.
